Parish council website support and training

Smiling Parish Council Pigeon support team members wearing headsets at their desks

Friendly support from people who know councils

Every council receives comprehensive training when the site launches, followed by ongoing support by phone and email from our UK team. Whether it is a quick question about uploading an agenda, a change you would rather we made for you, or help with a change of clerk, you speak to someone who understands how parish councils work.

Help with your council’s web and email address is included too: see how we handle a .gov.uk domain for your parish council. If you would like to make changes yourself, see how the content management system for parish councils works.

When we're here

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Support is unmetered, so you can ask as many questions as you need, subject to our fair use policy, rather than counting down a ticket allowance.

The person who built your site

You are never passed to an anonymous call centre. When you get in touch, you speak to the designer who actually built your website, so they already know your site, your council and your history with us.
